Breakfast lacked variety, with a focus on Turkish traditional dishes that could become repetitive over a longer stay. The air conditioning system was centrally controlled, posing issues when it shut off unexpectedly, and one night we experienced a power outage for several hours which was inconvenient.

Booked a room with magnificent views to the sea and galata tower. The location was great, 300 feet from the subway. Found Ala Cundali around 4-6 minutes walk from the hotel where I had supper...

It's a lovely small and simply stunning hotel with savoury breakfasts. Best and excellent personnel from the very start service. Great way to end our trip.

The hotel is a gem, close to fabulous eateries like Vavelya Cafe & Restaurant and Mikla. Our stay was improved with the fine views from our Beautiful Room with Golden Horn View, especially the reception team, were great.

Breakfast was a traditional Turkish spread, with options. While enjoyable, it could benefit from a bit more variety to cater to diverse tastes. This minor point did not detract significantly from the overall experience.

Boasts marvellous location and extremely friendly staff with excellent service. Their rooms are always luxury and fancy with a bath as well as the terrace.

We have booked double room with excellent facilities. Marvellous and brilliant location - a short way from everywhere we needed. The exceptional service and the attention to detail! Stayed here for 3 nights and did not want to leave.

The hotel is conveniently located near metro and tram stations! The delicious breakfast served rooftop offers fine views of Istanbul.

The frequent noise from outside traffic can be distracting! Room service was inconsistent in replacing toiletries and linens, which dampened the overall experience.

The hotel is located in the best place, with beautifully decorated rooms. The grand beautiful room provided a magnificent sea view which enhanced the overall experience. The staff was very responsive, organizing an excellent transfer from the airport, everything went smoothly.

A room with a Sultan's view

The themed room, named after a Sultan, offered a rich cultural immersion. Breakfast on the rooftop was a delight, complete with fresh options and nice views of the city.

The bathroom's glass design lacked some privacy, which might not suit all guests. While the staff was friendly, there were occasional lapses in service that could use some polishing.

This was a prime choice for strolling around in Istanbul with great value for money. The breakfast on the rooftop offered amazing views and was a great way to start the day. Be careful with taxi drivers who may not speak English well.

Good place with excellent wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. The staff were amazing, especially when helping my elderly parents during our first stay. I recommend enjoying the delicious Turkish breakfast. I'm coming back for a romantic escape.

I stayed in a Grand Beautiful Room with Sea View for 3 nights. The room was stylishly decorated and super comfortable. Loved the rainfall shower and the marble floors-shower pressure was perfect! Plus, the view of the Bosphorus was amazing! The only bummer was the glass bathroom enclosure, which kinda lacked privacy. A lovely spot with a great vibe.
